- The tenant signing the present contract, agreed on for a period of time, and which may not under any circumstances exceed the stay initially agreed upon, may not claim any right to remain on the premises upon the conclusion of the contract.
- The tenant must respect the peaceful atmosphere of the location. No tent, pool, hammock or other infrastructure will be accepted on the property.
- A check deposit is requested the day of arrival. It will be reimbursed the day of departure after an inventory has been made.
- The pool is strictly reserved for the tenants, no other visitors may use it to bathe. Children must be accompanied by an adult and are under the entire responsibility of their parents.
- The number of people figured on the present contract may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
- Pets are welcome. Dogs must remain leashed while on the property.
